“If beauty is making digital simulacra then we need a new aesthetic. If beauty is perpetuating not just the appearances but the cruel limitations of things past, it’s time to move on. We need a digital aesthetic that’s more than skin deep. One based on possibilities and power that continue to delight us as we use our new digital tools rather than briefly amusing us when we first encounter them. And yes, given that these are new things they should look like new things too. Get the message?”

We teamed up with legendary chef Chris Cosentino, proprietor of Incanto (a restaurant where folks can dine on whole hogs’ heads), to create trousers for gluttons.

They’re crafted from soft caramel canvas and lined with burgundy-colored cotton.
They are, to our knowledge, the first trousers equipped with their own napkin.
These unique pants sport a trio of buttons (lovingly named Piglet, Sow, and Boar) that indicate precisely how far your waistline has expanded with each meal.
And they feature graphics, conceived by Cosentino himself and illustrated by artist Jon Adams, that depict the life cycle of a glutton—from the miracle of birth to the final, agonizing moment before death by heart attack.
